Day 18 of 28: Talimena Lodge, AR to Caddo Valley, AR

Rode out with a big group from the Talimena Lodge (most beautiful setting), enjoyed a long and fun descent, then stayed with the usual peeps until the last stop. Wrapped up with Billy and a solo stretch through a scenic parkway with some music. Highlight of the day—my first nap of the tour—two hours! Dinner at Waffle House (also a first) right now before laundry duty. Only 10 days and about 1,000 miles left, with the toughest climbing now behind us—another great day of riding—expecting the same tomorrow—Arkansas is beautiful!
